    (Weeks 1–2): UX audit — 12 user session recordings, 3 moderated usability tests, heatmap analysis. Identified 11 friction points.

    (Weeks 3–6): Design system and UI rebuild — new component library in Figma, mobile-first layouts, product page redesign with sticky add-to-cart, trust signals and review widgets above fold, instalment payment (EMI) prominently displayed.
